Exposure to Mercury - Top ten reasons to worry

With so many things to think, why must still add us something to the list? The answer is that the failure to pay attention to our exposure to mercury and its means of symptoms, addition of a multitude of problems to those with which we already have case.

And, Alternatively, paying attention now, avoid us these issues entirely, or catch early, until they are misdiagnosed as, say, attention deficit, hyperactivity, mental illness, sclerosis, chronic fatigue and more.

Here are ten reasons to be wary of exposure and accumulation:

1. Mercury is the most toxic, that we are regularly exposed.

2. Mercury accumulates in the human body because we are at the top of the food chain.

3. At the United States, the mercury exposure is considerable. A study indicated that 8% of women had levels of mercury higher than national guidelines.

4. A major source of the ingestion of mercury for humans humans is fish and seafood because they naturally store mercury in their bodies.

5 Mix is one of the major sources of mercury exposure, because they consist of a volatile mixture of 50% of liquid mercury and other toxic metals.

6. When the mercury in dental amalgam is exposed to saliva, result, an electric pump that moves of mercury in the body.

8 People who have several amalgam have on average ten times more mercury in feces and saliva than free people of amalgam.

9 When the amalgam is replaced, mercury levels decline about 90% in feces and saliva and 75% in the urine.

10 Levels of safe exposure to mercury as defined by government agencies are based on "doses" in an exhibition. However the mercury accumulates in our bodies. This fact is not supported into account when setting such guidelines.

Nowhere is this more evident risk to try to become pregnant and give birth to a child healthy and normal. In this process, the different forms of mercury can carry different risks. For example, has been shown that the toxicity of an embryo are organic and inorganic mercury in animals, but apparently have demonstrated that the fetuses of pregnant women exposed to methylmercury excess risk (called embryotoxicity..) only

Occupational exposure to inorganic mercury in women who become pregnant has been demonstrated to cause an error in cell division in the developing embryo. The result is that, during cell division, the "daughter" cells end up having the number of chromosomes, either too much or too little. (called "aneuploidy.")

This disturbance in the genetic code, which the human body is built in utero may result in spontaneous abortions or a newborn which is resistant to after birth, or a variety of congenital diseases and birth defects.

Mercury also affects sperm. The authors Ernst and Lauritsen showed that the organic and inorganic mercury decreases the percentage of sperms. They report that "after incubation for 15 min with 40 µM of mercuric chloride a significant decrease in sperm motility was observed." Less than 5% of sperm were mobile after 30 minutes of exposure to methyl mercuric chloride 20 µM. »

These are some of the many reasons that we need to be proactive prevention mercury exposure in the first place and prevent its accumulation in our bodies when we are exposed... We can begin by refusing all vaccines for ourselves and our children thimerosal-containing and by making certain that no dentist does never place of silver amalgam (mercury more than 50%) in our mouth or those of our children.

If you wish to receive an additional toxic metals self-assessment Questionnaire so that you can view your own symptoms of health the possibility of toxicity of metals, including mercury, go to http://freeoftoxicmetals.com/.

Meditate in Motion Through Walking Meditation - Three Reasons to Try

AppId is over the quota

What is walking meditation? Did you think meditation was just sitting and trying not to think thoughts? When you tried to sit and meditate you couldn't stop thinking. Of course there are different types of meditation but you can meditate even when you are in motion and think while you are doing it. Walking Meditation is focusing your attention on each movement you make as you walk. Let's review three reasons why to try Walking Meditation.

First, Walking Meditation makes you more mindful of what you are doing. You start to watch as you make each slight movement of your foot and touching it down. Then you pause to reflect on how you are doing it. Then you take another step and observe it in process. It sounds simple enough. Not really but worth a try. As you continue to break down each part of each step you may start to notice you sway more to the left or the right. You are slowing each part of a motion down. By paying attention to each micro-movement of what you have learned to take for granted you start to feel more.

Second, it is a way to focus your thoughts on each part of each step. Focusing your mind on your body can bring you back into the moment. Being in the moment can help you to be more aware of how your body and mind connect. Twenty steps later you become more present. Even though being present is not so bad it may be a little different at first.

Third, while you are drawing your attention to each repetition of each movement you find it harder to be distracted. You feel your body more and your concentration improves. Being more alert can help lead you to faster reactions.

Even though Walking Meditation can calm your mind, you most likely will find that it draws your attention to a few problem areas in your body. If you truly listen to what those problem areas are trying to tell you, you can extract clues from them and discover solutions before problems worsen. A little prevention before a problem becomes a disease can even save you time and energy invested in medical treatment. Or if you have an illness it can help you to manage your reactions to it. Give you back more control over your body and health.

Each person is different. What you find out for yourself may lead you in a different direction than another person. Self-awareness is about the individual but you can share your experience with confidants in your life. In the end, Walking Meditation is a tool for you to use to look deeper into yourself, manage stress, and be more present today. After you've practiced enough you can rely on it and use it anytime.

What Are The Main Reasons For Late Period

AppId is over the quota
AppId is over the quota

Wondering on the possible reasons for late period and why it has not arrived on your expected date? If you are trying to conceive a baby, then you would be looking at this positively. However, if you are not, then you should start exploring the probable causes why you missed your period. There are many reasons for a delayed period. By reading this article, you will be able to go over them one by one.

First and foremost, you might be pregnant! Use pregnancy test kits to determine the reasons for your late period. Try different brands to countercheck results. If you are pregnant, then take the necessary steps like consulting an obstetrician. If not, then you need to search for other reasons.

Stress and Anxiety

One of the most common reasons for late period is stress and anxiety. Emotional and psychological concerns can manifest physically and can potentially disrupt your normal menstrual cycle. Typical reasons for late period are situations when you are stressed out and in a high-anxiety mode for long periods of time. Your hormones can go out of control and could be one of the contributing reasons for your late menstruation. Take time out to relax. Get some rest and chill out in comfortable surroundings. You need to acquire the inner balance and to give your hormones a jumpstart to get the rhythm back.

Medication or treatments can also be reasons for late period. Some medication may actually cause delay in your cycle. If you are on the pill, this is usually one of the side effects. Certain types of contraception can also be one of the reasons for missed period. Carefully check out the medicines that you have been taking and see if they have any hormonally related side effects. Just remember not to self-medicate for this can be dangerous.

As stated above, the common reasons for a delayed period are conceiving a child, stress and medications. But when all these are not the cause, then you'd better get your doctor's opinion. Perhaps the cause for your late menstruation is related to hormonal or physical changes that have occurred. These can range from menopause to hormonal problems. Other possible reasons can also be brought about by age or triggered by some pathogens in your body. It is important to get checked for any physical or medical conditions in order to recognize the exact reasons for late period. Either way, it is best to get the opinion from your doctor.

Main Reasons For Late Period

Moreover, reasons for a delayed menstruation are quite diverse other than pregnancy. Missed periods can be observed when taking oral contraceptives, during climate changes, under stress, and having a poor diet. To establish the reasons for missed period, the woman's age (puberty, sexual maturity, pre-menopause) should be considered. Here are the main reasons:

Pregnancy: It is the first thing you should think of among all reasons for missed period, especially if you are sexually active. Such reasons for a dealyed period cannot be disregarded. There are cases when you become pregnant even if sexual intercourse was done during the time of menstruation. Pregnancy can also occur if you missed taking your pills regularly.
Abortion: This is one of the reasons for a delayed menstruation when hormonal imbalance happens after a miscarriage. The removal of internal tissues inside the uterus during miscarriage or instrumental curettage causes a temporary disruption on the reproductive organs and could potentially be one of the reasons for a delayed period. To restore these tissues, it will take some time, usually a month or 40 days after the abortion or miscarriage. Such situations call for medical supervision.

If none of the above mentioned are the reasons for late period and you still have not gotten your period for three months, it is time for you to see a health care professional. However, it is advisable to practice birth control measures if you are not planning on having a child.
